Grief Support Resources

Every person must cope with loss of a loved on his or her own terms.

The emotional upheaval these trying times can cause is sometimes so overwhelming that even the support of friends and family may not help relieve the amount of sadness and grief you feel.

At Hackett's Funeral Chapel we offer the following aftercare grief sessions:

»  WENDT Center

The Center has progressed from a consulting agency for funeral planning and burial information to its present, non-sectarian, comprehensive program of counseling, education, research, consultation, grief camp, crisis response and volunteer support.

»  Hello Grief

Comfort Zone Camp, Inc. developed HelloGrief.org to start a discussion about the impact of loss, and how to help grieving persons cope; as well as build a community of support for those living with grief.

»  Judis House

The vision of Judi's House is a community in which no child has to feel alone in grief. Our mission is to help children and families who are grieving the death of a loved one find hope and healing within themselves.
